As part of your DCW membership, you’re now eligible to receive 4 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits per year — one for each calendar quarter.

Each certificate counts as 1 CPD hour, reflecting your professional development through DCW’s industry coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What qualifies me to receive these credits?
A: An active DCW membership. Reading and engaging with DCW’s content each quarter counts toward your ongoing professional education.
Q: Can I claim more than 1 CPD credit per quarter?
A: Through DCW we provide one per quarter. For additional CPDs, look to trainings, and conferences that offer CPDs, such as IIBLP events.
Q: I missed a quarter — can I still get the certificate?
A: Yes, just send us a quick email with your subscriber info, and we’ll be happy to provide your missing certificate(s).
Q: How far back do you offer CPDs?
A: We began offering them for the 2nd quarter of 2025 (April, May and June of 2025), and that is the first certificate available. Unfortunately we cannot offer them for any quarters prior to this.
Q: Are these CPDs recognized by specific professional bodies?
A: Our certificates are designed to work with most banking qualifications including but not limited to CDCS, CTFC, CSDG, CSGP and others offered by LIBF or BAFT. Please check with your organization to confirm acceptance.
Q: How do I fill out the certificate?
A: These certificates have fillable fields for your name, email, and the current date. Simply click on the field and start typing. You can always reach out with questions.
