New on DCW:  The Banker’s Guide to Examination under Documentary Credits

For document examiners and trade finance operations staff, few decisions carry more weight—or more risk—than determining whether a presentation complies. The Banker’s Guide to Examination under Documentary Credits offers serious guidance where it’s most needed: the examination phase.

Now available in full to DCW subscribers, this title brings a structured, practical walkthrough of UCP 600 and ISBP 745 in action, from the basics of document definitions to the grey areas of refusals, preclusion, and data conflict. Co-authored by A.T.M. Nesarul Hoque and Kim Sindberg, the book features step-by-step analysis, illustrative ICC Opinions, sample refusal formats, and detailed coverage of common document types.

In short, it’s the working reference many banks wish they’d had sooner.
