Nigerian Court Freezes Funds of Bank Tied to LC Dispute

A Nigerian court has instructed the freezing of Nigerian Naira 7.15 billion (USD 5 million) at a bank accused of failing to issue a letter of credit and the unauthorized use of the would-be applicant’s funds.
