Further to a story previously reported (Oct 2022 DCW 45), the CEO and founder of Nigerian airline Air Peace, has been charged in a superseding indictment with obstruction of justice for submitting false documents to the government in an effort to stunt an investigation of him relating to bank fraud and money laundering charges.
