Sweden-based Enigio, creators of the trace:original digital solution, has announced results of its breakthrough collaborative effort with China-based TradeGo to enable traders in Europe to digitally transact with their trade counterparts in China.
According to details released about the deal and additional information made available to DCW, global freight forwarder and carrier, Fr Meyer’s Sohn Seaways AG (FMS), issued an electronic bill of lading under English law to Global Forest Products Sweden AB, a pulp and paper trader. The eB/L, conforming to standards of the Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA), was issued using trace:original.
