Petroecuador, Ecuador’s state oil company, has cautioned Trafigura Group about avoiding importing fuel of Russian origin after the commodity trader reportedly “finished discharging a cargo of mostly Russian diesel at the Ecuadorian port of Esmeraldas” on 28 Aug, Bloomberg reported.
