Four draft opinions, two of which dealing with insurance documents and war risk exclusion wording, will be discussed in the technical portion of the ICC Banking Commission Meeting in London, 9-11 November 2026. The draft opinions were released in mid-September for ICC National Committees to review and comment. Feedback is due to the ICC Technical Advisory Team on or before 26 October.
