Bonded Warehouse Facilities Must be Modernized

Abuse of bonded warehouse facilities by Bangladesh’s readymade garments industry has been gotten worse since the 1990s. By one recent estimate, irregularities in the use of these facilities have permitted clothes worth some USD 5 billion annually to evade tax liability and come into the local market.
