Best Theratronics Ltd., a Canadian-based manufacturer of equipment used to treat cancer, is prohibited from resuming operations at its plant in Ottawa until proving it has a financial guarantee to decommission the plant, according to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC).
