In a recent discussion, bankers were asked how they calculate confirmation fees as a standard practice: 1) from the advising date/confirmation date to the LC expiry date; 2) from the advising/confirmation date until the last presentation date on the LC value; or 3) the confirmation fee, applicable for individual presentation, presentation value instead of LC value.
