Six Draft Opinions will be addressed at the next session of ICC Banking Commission’s quarterly discussion of Opinions on 21 October 2025. The Draft Opinions were released in early June for ICC National Committees (NCs) for review and comment. Feedback is due to the ICC Technical Advisory Team on or before 7 October 2025.
