The ongoing effort to revise ISBP 821 (2023) has now reached an advanced stage with an updated Draft 3 revision released on 2 April 2025.
Accompanying its release of the Draft 3 text, the ICC Banking Commission sent out a file consolidating feedback received from 25 ICC National Committees (NCs) on the previous draft. In several instances, NCs offered comments which were determined to be outside the scope of the approved course of action. In mid-2024, NCs chose to pursue a limited ISBP revision of 43 identified issues.
