Pakistani Businessman Charged with Export, Banking Fraud

After receiving dozens of containers filled with soil, gravel and stones instead of the valuable natural minerals it had agreed to purchase, a Chinese company lodged a complaint with Pakistani authorities, resulting in the arrest of a Pakistani businessman.
