Data Categories
Core LC Issuance Data:
Numbers are in USD 1,000s and reflect net LC value amounts outstanding at close of referenced quarterly period.
"Financial SBLCs" and "Performance SBLCs" reflect net after subtracting respective amounts conveyed to others.
"Standby LCs" reflects the combined total for "Financial SBLCs" and "Performance SBLCs".
"TotalLCs" reflect totals for "Standby LCs" and "Commercial & Similar LCs".
"CLC / SBLC (%)" shows the ratio as a percent of Commercial LCs to SBLCs.
Institutional Size Metrics:
"Total FI Assets" reflects the FI's total balance-sheet assets (only in DCW Data Labs).
"Total FI Equity” reflects the FI’s total equity capital (only in DCW Data Labs).
"Total FI Loans & Leases" is the FI's total lending portfolio (only in DCW Data Labs).
LC Portfolio Exposure
“SBLCs / Assets”, “CLCs / Assets” and “Total LCs / Assets” reflect LC exposure as a percent of the FI’s total balance-sheet assets (only in DCW Data Labs).
“SBLCs / Equity” “CLCs / Equity” and “Total LCs / Equity” reflect LC exposure as a percent of the FI’s total equity capital (only in DCW Data Labs).
"CCF Adj. SBLC Exposure", "CCF Adj. CLC Exposure", and "Net LC / Equity (%)" reflect the Credit Conversion Factor (CCF) Adjusted exposure for SBLCs, CLCs, and Total LCs (only in DCW Data Labs).
"CLC / Loans (%)" reflects the CLC exposure of an FIs total Loans portfolio (only in DCW Data Labs).
